Warranty Policy

For Defective or Performance Issues

  • Lifetime Coverage: Covers manufacturer defects and performance issues.
  • Warranty Process: Customers must register their product (as per your warranty card).
  • If an issue arises, customers submit proof of defect (photos/video).
  • A replacement unit will be shipped if the issue qualifies under warranty.

Exclusions:

Normal wear & tear, improper installation, water quality issues (e.g., mineral buildup), or misuse.
